Arrange Your Desktop is a tool that you can use to organize and clean up your desktop with just a click. You can also use it to organize any folder not on the desktop, which can really come in handy for when you decide to reign in the chaos that is 'My Documents'.

Using the application is very simple: just indicate the folder you'd like to clean up, where each file type should go (videos to a video folder, photos to a photo folder, etc), and then click 'organize'.
